Please read these terms carefully before using Eve Healthcare. By booking or paying through us, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, and the Refund Policy (including partner-centre cancellation rules communicated at booking).
Eve Healthcare operates a platform and related services to help you discover, schedule, and pay for diagnostic and related appointments at independent partner centres. Eve facilitates booking and may collect payments and issue bills or receipts as described at checkout and in our Refund Policy. Clinical tests and imaging are performed by licensed partner facilities, not by Eve. Nothing in these terms creates a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between Eve and those centres for your medical care; each centre is responsible for the services it provides.
Eve provides tools for booking appointments and, where offered, related coordination. Services are for personal, non-commercial use unless we agree otherwise in writing. You must provide accurate identity and clinical information requested for scheduling. Eve is not a substitute for professional medical advice; follow your treating clinician’s instructions. Price and availability depend on partner centres and may change; where we communicate a revision window (for example 30 days’ notice for certain tariff changes), we will honour that for the described services.
We work to keep listings, timings, and prices accurate but they depend on third-party centres. Eve does not warrant that all content is complete or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eve is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on general information on the platform.
To access certain features and services, you may be required to create an account on EVE. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and ensuring the security of your account.
You agree to use the platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You shall not engage in any activities that may disrupt or interfere with the proper functioning of the platform.
All content, logos, trademarks, and intellectual property displayed on the Eve Healthcare platform are owned by Eve or its licensors. You may not copy, scrape, or reuse them for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Partner diagnostic centres and clinicians are independent providers. Eve arranges access and payment flows on a principal-to-principal basis with those partners and does not control their clinical decisions, equipment, or staffing. Links to partner or external sites are for convenience; review their policies and notices on-site. If you pay at a centre under cash or other arrangements, the centre’s rules and receipts may apply in addition to Eve’s terms for amounts collected by Eve.
Your privacy is essential to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.
Where Eve collects payment from you, we will issue the bill or receipt described at checkout. For certain services—commonly PET-CT and MRI—an advance may be required; the balance, if any, is settled per the confirmation message or at the partner centre. Advances are applied toward the services actually rendered. Where anesthesia is required, the centre may need to arrange doctors; charges depend on the number of studies, and advance payment is required to book. For DTPA scans, a ₹500 advance is required to book Nuclear Medicine services (confirm at booking).
Cancellations and charges: PET-CT scans often use patient-specific radiopharmaceutical doses. Cancellations on the day of the test, or arrival after the scheduled time when the slot cannot be honoured, may result in dose charges (indicative amounts: DOPA ₹13,000; PSMA ₹13,000; FDG ₹5,000; NOTA ₹16,000; F Choline ₹14,700—confirm at booking). Sedation requests generally need at least one day’s prior notice; same-day cancellation may attract sedation-related charges. Anesthesia cases may attract anesthesia-related charges on late cancellation or late arrival when doctors were arranged and the slot cannot be honoured, as levied by the centre. DTPA Nuclear Medicine booking advances (₹500, indicative) may be retained or adjusted per booking terms. Details of what is refundable after these costs are in our Refund Policy.
Credit and settlement: Internal settlement terms between Eve and partner centres (for example weekly settlement or credit periods) do not change the amount you owe for your booking as shown to you at payment, except where we notify you of an authorised adjustment or correction.
The Cure Now, Pay Later feature enables you to avail healthcare services on credit. By opting for BNPL, you agree to the terms and conditions of the BNPL service provider.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory consumer protections, courts in India shall have jurisdiction over disputes relating to these terms or Eve’s services, except as below.
The Parties will first try to resolve any dispute in good faith through negotiation. If not resolved within sixty (60) days, the dispute may be referred to arbitration in India in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, before a mutually appointed sole arbitrator, unless you opt for a consumer forum or other statutory remedy where applicable law gives you a non-waivable right.
We may update these Terms & Conditions, the Refund Policy, or related notices. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Where we have committed to a specific notice period for price or tariff changes (for example 30 days for certain partner arrangements), we will honour that commitment for the affected services. Continued use of Eve after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
By accessing or using EVE's platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
