The journey you walk with them
Take a PET CT for a cancer patient. This is what an assignment actually looks like.
Two days before — prep that people get wrong
You call the patient and walk them through it: six hours fasting, no strenuous work the day before, sugar levels in range, what to wear, what to leave at home. Most rescheduled scans happen because nobody explained this properly.
On the day — you're at the centre with them
You meet the patient at the centre, handle reception, the forms, the billing desk and the insurance paperwork, and make sure the technician knows the history that matters — implants, allergies, kidney function, prior contrast reactions.
During the scan — the hard part
You stay through the uptake wait. You talk a claustrophobic patient through a 40-minute MRI, help an elderly or post-surgical patient onto the table, and stay with the family so nobody is sitting alone in a corridor guessing.
After — until the report is in their hands
You track the report, make sure it reaches the patient and their treating doctor on WhatsApp and email, and flag anything urgent to our care team the same day.
Across the whole treatment — the long haul
For cancer patients it rarely ends at one scan. You stay with them across chemo and radiation cycles, response-assessment PET CTs and follow-up bloodwork — the same familiar face each time, which is the entire point.
We pay for assistance given — never for sending patients
This is a service engagement, not a referral scheme. Your fee is fixed for the type of visit you attend, based on your time and the support provided, and it is paid only after an assignment is completed. It is never a share of the patient's bill, and it never depends on who booked the test or which centre they chose. EVE Care Companions do not recommend centres, prescribe tests, or receive anything for bringing a patient to us — patients are assigned to you by our care team after they have already booked.

You need patience, a steady manner with frightened people, and some care experience. A degree is not the point.

Is this a referral or commission programme?
No. You are paid for attendant work you actually perform on a completed assignment — a fixed fee for the visit type, not a percentage of the patient's bill and nothing tied to bringing patients to EVE. Patients are assigned to you by our care team after they have booked on their own.
Does it cost anything to join?
No. There is no registration fee, no deposit, no training charge and no monthly cost.
How much does an assignment pay?
It depends on the visit — a routine MRI accompaniment, a PET CT with a long uptake wait, and a full chemo-cycle day are all scoped differently. The fee is shown to you before you accept, and we confirm the rate card on your onboarding call.
Do I need a nursing degree or licence?
Not necessarily. Nurses and trained attendants are the natural fit, but caregivers, paramedics, counsellors, community health workers and students with genuine care experience are all welcome. You will not be asked to perform any clinical procedure — companions assist, they do not treat.
How many hours does it take?
Most single-scan assignments run three to five hours including travel; a PET CT day can be longer. You accept only the visits you have time for, and there is no minimum.
Which cities do you cover?
Delhi, Noida, Gurgaon and the wider NCR at the moment, and we are expanding. Apply even if you are just outside — we will tell you honestly where we stand.
When and how do I get paid?
Your fee is credited to your EVE wallet once the assignment is marked complete, and you can withdraw to your bank account. Settlements run weekly.
